Hey everyone, anyone else on Siemens stuff? We have been on their support portal for ages and gotta say it's pretty solid. The dashboard is kinda a little outdated sometimes, but once you figure it out it works. Major props to their documentation library, helped me out more than once. Anyone have tips for getting better response times? Thanks.
