Detailed Bank Rework

There are mainly five new parts added into the Bank interface. 
1.Anew tab scroll arrow
With it the current 9 tabs in game will increase to 15 bank tabs.
2.Bank buttons
After the Bank update, there will be several button kinds fixed at different locations from top to bottom, left to right. The placeholder button used to retain the position for items withdrawn, the note withdrawal mode button with a slight transparency tweak to show items being withdrawn. There are also the bank pin button, backpack button, familiar button, money pouch button, worn items button, as well as button for Diango's holiday item and outfit retrieval and Player Owned House costume room. 
Additionally, there's also a new default number to move window that functions similarly as the Old School RuneScape's 'quantity' bank option, which can withdraw/deposit the listed quantities when left clicked.
3.Intergradation and addition of buttons
