Right now, the level cap in the official Western release of Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta is level 90 at Episode 5's September 30 launch - that will be something of a middle ground between the first Japanese level cap, and the current level cap in this variant, which is 95.

As soon as you hit it, evolution shifts over to stressing things like enhancing your weapon and units, build and subclass, angling your character to be optimized to the endgame. In Phantasy Star Online 2, a major portion of your personality is your selection of subclass: a secondary class chosen from the player to grow your skill set and support that the play-style of your chosen primary course. Your subclass will unlock another skill shrub and photon arts set, hugely opening up your abilities if you can put your hands on the necessary weapons. In addition, it bequeaths your character some handy stat bonuses depending on the chosen subclass. To access the Subclass, you will want to reach level 20 with any principal course and earn the Sub Class Permit by finishing the Sub Class Permit Trial Client Order together with Officer Cofy, who's just to the right of Rebecca, the primary Quest clerk.

Your chosen subclass will level up with experience and quest conclusion, earning 10% of your whole EXP. You can, naturally, level up your subclass farther in the event that you want: but you are going to need to change it to your primary course to do so. If you do so, that course can then be leveled up all of the way to that cap (currently 80) - however as a subclass, the most level is now 60.

Start Running Advanced Quests at Level 40. As soon as you reach Level 40, then you will uncover a sort of quest known as Advance Quests. These start out in the'Very Difficult' difficulty score, and boost to the'Super Hard' score once you hit Level 55. Advance Quests require an item called Advance Capsules to run, with Very Difficult needing Advance Capsule A, B, or C, and Super Hard requiring D, E, or F.

The game will provide you some free capsules to begin off, but they can be bought from the Item Shop, Casino, or got through playing Advance Quests. Playing a region requiring Advance Capsule As will benefit Advance Capsule B drops, and so on. Completing Advance Quests will increase your'Threat Level' up to a max of +50, which resets each week, raising the difficulty of the pursuit but also the EXP earned.
